Running AutoPlace on the Yard Duty tab

To run AutoPlace on the Yard Duty tab:

  1. Select Yard Duty > Edit Roster from the main menu.

    Primary Time Menu, Yard Duty, Edit Roster

    Note: You can also click the Yard Duty tab when Primary Time opens.

    The Yard Duty tab is displayed.

    Yard Duty Roster (blank roster, auto place, Primary Time, cut down)

  2. Click AutoPlace button (Yard duty, Primary Time)

    The Please Wait dialog window is displayed.

    Please Wait (Auto Allocating Yard Duty, Primary Time)

    The Yard Duty tab is updated.

    Yard Duty tab (AutoPlace filled, Primary Time, cut down)

    Note: If there are green cells remaining there has not been enough time allocated to the teachers. To resolve the issue see Analysing unallocated cells on the yard duty roster.
