Importing a user form into SynWeb

You can import user forms that have already been created by Synergetic Management Systems into SynWeb. Imported forms must be in a .sql script file which includes their master resource, code and description as well as the Mark-up and Code behind files.

If you want to import a user form that you have created using either Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (or later) or Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express, see Creating a user form in SynWeb.

To import a user form into SynWeb:

  1. Select System > User Form Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

    The User Form Maintenance window is displayed.

  2. Click Import User Form button (Synweb).

    The Import User Forms window is displayed.

  3. Click Browse... button (Browse ellipses, Synweb).gif.
  4. Select the user form .sql script file to import.
  5. Repeat steps 3 through 4 for any other user forms you want to import.

    Note: If you want to import more than three user forms at once, click Add to add another form field.

  6. Click Upload.

    The user forms are uploaded to SynWeb

  7. Click Close button.

    The new user forms are displayed in the User Form Maintenance window.
