My Details - Emergency Contacts tab

The Emergency Contacts tab is used to maintain information about a staff member's emergency contacts.

Description

Name

Name of the emergency contact.

Phone

Phone number for the contact.

Phone Alternative

Alternative phone number for the contact.

Address

Address for the contact.

Relationship

Relationship between the staff member and the contact.

Buttons

Button

Description

Edit button (Synweb)

Open the edit window to change your details.

Note: You can only edit your details if SynWeb is configured to permit editing. See Configuring the Staff Kiosk - My Details window in the System maintenance manual.

Save button

Save any changes to your details.

Note: This button is only displayed on the Edit window.

Cancel button

Leave the edit window without saving changes to your details.

Note: This button is only displayed on the Edit window.
