The Locate Matching Record window is displayed when there are any records that exist in the timetable import file but not in Synergetic.

Refresh the window after updating a record in Student or Class Maintenance. This allows you to resolve errors as they occur. Tip: You should only need to do this if someone else is updating student or staff records in Synergetic at the same time as you are. |

Open the highlighted record. |

Skip the current record. |

Skip all of the records displayed. |
|
Exit from the current import run. |
