Locate Matching Record window

The Locate Matching Record window is displayed when there are any records that exist in the timetable import file but not in Synergetic.

Locate Matching Record window buttons

Button

Description

Refresh & Search button

Refresh the window after updating a record in Student or Class Maintenance. This allows you to resolve errors as they occur.

Tip: You should only need to do this if someone else is updating student or staff records in Synergetic at the same time as you are.

OK button

Open the highlighted record.

Skip button

Skip the current record.

Skip All button

Skip all of the records displayed.

Abort button

Exit from the current import run.
