Note: Synergetic's attendance and timetable systems require accurate times and dates. Running classes at times different to the timetable definitions can cause errors. You can create definitions that are not included in the regular timetable for use in calendar events. See Timetable Maintenance - Timetable Definition tab.

Timetable definitions are indicated by D=D# at the end of the Calendar Type, where # is the day number of the timetable definition. For example:
Note: The timetable continues from whatever timetable day you set. For example, if you enter JUN_D3=D7 on a Monday, the Synergetic reseeds the timetable so that the fourth day of the timetable falls on Tuesday, the fifth on Wednesday and so on. If you do not want to offset your organisation's timetable permanently, create a second calendar event to set the timetable back.
To set a different timetable definition and timetable day for an event:
The Calendar Events tab of the Timetable Maintenance window is displayed.
