Deleting contacts

To remove a contact from a student:

  1. Highlight the contact to be deleted on the Contacts tab of the Current Student Maintenance window.

  2. Click the Delete button button.

    The following dialog window is displayed.

  3. Click Yes button.

    The contact remains in the community but they are no longer linked to the student as a contact. The relationship between the two community members is not changed. For example, a deleted contact who is a student's brother is still listed as the student's relation. See Relations in the community manual.

    Note: You cannot delete a contact if that would leave the student with no Lives With contact.
