Class Maintenance - Students tab

Use the Students tab to:

Opening the Students tab

Class Maintenance - Students tab key fields and buttons

Fields

Field

Description

Name

Student’s name and additional information such as:

  • campus
  • year level
  • house.

ID

Student’s Synergetic ID.

Class Status

Status of the student in the class. For example, cancelled or left class.

Start

Date the student commences the class.

Stop

Date the student finishes the class.

Buttons

Button

Description

… button

Launch Current Student Maintenance to view or update the details of the highlighted student. See Maintaining current students in the Current students manual.

Add Students… button

Add a group of students to the class using the bulk add function.

See Adding students to classes in bulk in the Assessments and reports manual.

Modify... button

Launch the Modify Student Class Details window. See Modifying student class details in the Assessments and reports manual.

Bulk Set (Bulk Set...) Button

Launch the Bulk Set Student Class window to change settings for all students in the class. See Modifying student class details in bulk in the Assessments and reports manual.

Delete button

Delete the highlighted student from the class.

Delete All button

Delete all the students from the class.

Active Students Only Checkbox

Show only the students currently enrolled in the class. That is, those without a stop date.
