Uploading student transfer data in real time

To upload student transfer data in real time:

1. Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.

   The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

   Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .

2. Search for the student. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
3. Click the School tab. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab.
4. Click the Extra Leaving Information sub-tab.

   The Extra Leaving Information sub-tab of the Current Student Maintenance window is displayed.

5. Update any extra leaving details if needed.

   

6. Click the Status sub-tab.

   The Status sub-tab of the Current Student Maintenance window is displayed.

7. Update the leaving details of the student.

   

8. Type the reason for changing the leaving date.

   

9. Click .

   The following window is displayed.

   

10. Click .

    The NZ MOE's ENROL system is updated with student transfer data in real time.

    

    Note: Alternatively, click to process student transfer data in a batch with other students. See Import/Export Student Data - ENROL Batch Process tab.
