Future Student Maintenance - Current Events tab

Use the Guests sub-tab of the Current Events tab to record the details of any guests attending the event.

To open the Guests sub-tab:

Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking .
Select the future student. See Searching for future students.
Click the Current Events tab.
The Details sub-tab of the Current Events tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.
Click the Guests sub-tab.
The Guests sub-tab of the Current Events tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

Future Student Maintenance - Current Events tab - Guests sub-tab key fields and buttons

Field	Description
Surname	Last name of the guest.
Preferred	Preferred (first) name of the guest.
GuestID	Synergetic ID of the guest, if they are found in the Synergetic database. This field is blank if you have typed in the Surname and Preferred fields for a guest not listed in Synergetic.
OverrideTableNumber	The table of the guest, if different from the primary person invited.
Seq	Sequence number of the guest, automatically generated by Synergetic.

Surname

Last name of the guest.

Preferred

Preferred (first) name of the guest.

GuestID

Synergetic ID of the guest, if they are found in the Synergetic database.

This field is blank if you have typed in the Surname and Preferred fields for a guest not listed in Synergetic.

OverrideTableNumber

The table of the guest, if different from the primary person invited.

Seq

Sequence number of the guest, automatically generated by Synergetic.

Buttons	Description
	Add a new guest to the student's record.
	Delete a guest from the student's record.
	Launch the Enter the details to find the guest window to select the guest's Synergetic ID number.
	Launch the Occupation tab of Community Maintenance for the selected community member.
