Export Type

Data structure of the exported records. Options include:

• daily records
• monthly records
• records for the entire reporting period.

  Note: Victorian CEO Schools must use an Export Type of Monthly.

Start Date /

End Date

Export the records within this date range.

Year Level From / To

Export the records within this year level range.

File Name

The location where the exported records should be saved.

Note: Victorian CEO Schools must use the following file name format: <Your School E Number>_STUD<File Creation Date as YYYYMMDD>_AS.txt. For example, an export file created on the 31st March 2013 for a school with an E-number of E1234 would be E1234_STUD20130331_AS.txt. Please note that the file creation date needs to be updated each time you create an export.

Note: It is suggested that you use the last day of the month as your file creation date.

Launch a file chooser to select a new file location to save the export. Synergetic then automatically runs the DEEWR export and saves it to this file location.
