The Community tab displays the community members, including staff members, who have been issued the key and its duplicates.

Select to display only keys that have not been returned. Note: If selected, only keys without a Returned date are displayed, even if the Returned dates are in the future. |

Person who has been assigned the key. Note: This field is read-only. To assign this key to a different community member, return the key and add an entry for the new community member. |
Staff Code |
Unique identifier for the staff member, if the key was issued to a staff member. Note: If the key is assigned to a member of the community, other than a staff member, the staff code is not relevant. |
Key Number |
Unique identifier for the key. Note: Key Numbers can include letters and numbers. |
Issued |
Date that the key was issued. |
Returned |
Date the key was returned. |
Comment |
Any further information required. |
ID |
Synergetic ID of the staff member or community member that the key was issued to. Note: This field is read-only. To assign this key to a different community member, return the key and add an entry for the new community member. |
