Description
The UseMaintMessages configuration setting determines whether a message is displayed and users are prevented from logging on when system upgrades are in progress.
Default value
The default value is false. Users can log on to the portal while system upgrades are in progress.
Setting a different value
Select the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to true. This displays a message when system upgrades are in progress and prevents users from logging on. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
