Course Maintenance - Commission Link Courses tab

Use the Commission Link Courses bar to view courses that share a link for calculating commissions, including:

Commission link courses are used when calculating agent commissions. All enrolments in a commission linked course count towards the enrolments of the course it feeds into.

To open the Commission Link Courses bar:

Select Curriculum > Course Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Course Maintenance Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the course. See Searching for courses.
Click the Commission Link Courses bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

Field	Description
File Type	Class type. For example, academic or co-curricular.
Courses Seq	Unique identifying number for the course.
Course Campus	Campus where the linked course takes place.
Course Code	Course code for the linked course.
Description	Description for the linked course.
Course Code Full	Long version of the course code for the linked course.
Enrolment Flag Open	Indicates whether students can currently enrol in the course.
Linked Courses Seq	Unique identifying code for the linked course.
Commission Link Courses Seq	Unique identifying code for the commission linked courses.
Start Date	Start date for the course.
End Date	End date for the course.
Hyperlinksqlc Class Code	SQL class for the hyperlink to the course.
Hyperlink Description	Text that appears as the hyperlink to the course.

Course Campus

Campus where the linked course takes place.

Course Code

Course code for the linked course.

Description for the linked course.

Course Code Full

Long version of the course code for the linked course.

Commission Link Courses Seq

Unique identifying code for the commission linked courses.

Start Date

Start date for the course.

End Date

End date for the course.

Hyperlinksqlc Class Code

SQL class for the hyperlink to the course.

Hyperlink Description

Text that appears as the hyperlink to the course.

Button	Description
	Navigate between the selected courses.
	Launch the Create New Course window to add a new course to the database. Enter the details for the course and click .
	Display the Course Maintenance Search Criteria window. You can update the search criteria and search for new courses. See Searching for courses.
	Customise how the bars are displayed. See Customising navigation bars in the Introduction manual.
