Communications Maintenance - Past Recipients tab

Use the Past Recipients tab to maintain:

Tip: To export lists of current and past communication recipients to MS Word/Excel or a PDF document, create a Crystal Report for the group then click Export button (Crystal Reports Editor) in the Crystal Reports Editor. See Key development reports.

The Past Recipients tab is comprised of two sub-tabs:

Grid area fields

The grid area fields are identical to those on the Current Recipients tab. See Communications Maintenance - Current Recipients tab.

Fields

Field

Description

ID

Synergetic ID of the recipient.

Joint ID

Synergetic ID of the recipient's spouse, if applicable.

Name at time of communication

Name of the recipient or couple when your organisation communicated with them.

Sent Date

Date the communication was sent.

Comment

Comment relating to the communication or recipient.

Response

Response from the recipient to the communication sent.

Buttons

Button

Description

Add button

Add a community member to the current communication, using the Find Name on Community window.

Find Name on Community window

Delete button

Delete the highlighted contact from the current communication.

Launch button

Launch into Community Maintenance for the primary contact of the highlighted donor or prospect.

Launch Development button (...D)

Launch into Development Maintenance for the highlighted donor or prospect.
