Restoring a future student from the archive

The details of a future student who has been deleted from the future student constituency are placed in an archive.

To restore a future student from the archive:

  1. Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance.

    The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

  2. Type in identifying information about the student. For example, the surname Day.
  3. Select the Archive Search field.

    The window changes its name to the Set Future Student Archive Search criteria window.

  4. Click OK button.

    The Personal tab of the Future Student Maintenance window is displayed.

  5. Click the transfer icon Transfer to current students button.

    The following dialog box is displayed.

    confirm - return from archive

  6. Click Yes button to confirm transferring the archived student back to future students.

    The following dialog box is displayed.

    Confirm - Transfer Successful

  7. Click Yes button to confirm loading the future student record.

    The Personal tab of the Future Student Maintenance window is displayed.

  8. Update the future student details, as required. See Maintaining future students.
