Communications Maintenance - Current Recipients tab - Main Notification Method sub-tab

Use the Main Notification Method sub-tab of the Current Recipients tab to maintain the methods of notification for the highlighted recipient.

To open the Main Notification Method sub-tab:

Select Module > Development > Communications Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Communications Search Criteria window is displayed.
Select the past communication. See Searching for communications.
Click the Current Recipients tab.
The Current Recipients tab of the Communications Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the recipient to maintain in the grid area.
Click the Main Notification Method sub-tab.
The Main Notification Method sub-tab of the Communications Maintenance window is displayed.

Field	Description
Communication Type	Select the communication type from the drop-down list.
Notify Method	Select the method of notification from the drop-down list.
Comment	A comment about the communication method for this recipient. Tip: Double click this field to open the comment window.
