Course Details Maintenance

To open the Classes tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.

Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Courses tab.
The Courses tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the course to maintain.
Click .
The Enrolment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Classes tab.
The Classes tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.

Field	Description
Class	Abbreviation for the class.
Description	Description populated from Class Maintenance. See Maintaining classes in the Assessments and reports manual.
Status	Abbreviation of the state of completion for this class for the selected student.
Staff	Abbreviation for the staff member taking the class.

Button	Description
	Launch Class Maintenance for the selected class. See Maintaining classes in the Assessments and reports manual.
	Modify the student's class details. See Modifying student class details. Tip: Double click on the selected class to modify it.
	Load default classes for the course from Course Maintenance. The following dialog window is displayed. Click to clear any existing classes from the tab and load the default classes. The following example shows the classes used. See Course Maintenance - Classes tab in the Curriculum manual.
