Three letter code to represent the currency.

Note: The default currency of your organisation uses a blank code.

Description

A description of the currency.

Exchange Rate

Current exchange rate. For example, an exchange rate of 0.85 would mean one local dollar was worth 85 cents of foreign currency. This is used by Synergetic to convert payments of foreign currencies into the default currency.

Note: This field must be manually updated as the exchange rates change.

Active

Select if this currency is active and can be used by your organisation.

Decimal Places

Number of decimal places used by the currency.

Select the first currency record.

Select the previous currency record.

Select the next currency record.

Select the last currency record.

Add a new currency.

Delete the selected currency.

Note: You cannot delete the default currency.

Apply any changes to the selected currency.

Apply any changes to the selected currency and close Foreign Currency Maintenance.

Close Foreign Currency Maintenance without applying any changes.
