Scheduling reports to start and stop on a particular date

To schedule a report to start and stop on a particular date:

  1. Schedule the report to run on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  2. Schedule the time the report runs.
  3. Select the date you want first report run to occur.

    Report Scheduling - Duration (cut down, start date highlight)

  4. Select the date you want the report to stop running.

    Report Scheduling - Duration (cut down, end date highlight)

    Note: If you want the report to run indefinitely or you do not know what date it should end, select No end date.
    Report Scheduling - Duration (cut down, no end date highlight)

  5. Click Save button.
