luCampus lookup table

Description

The luCampus lookup table is used to define the campuses that your organisation uses. Campuses are used to divide your organisation into areas that typically function together.

For example, if the year levels from year 3 to 8 operate their timetable at a different starting time to the year levels of 9 and above, they could be considered separate campuses.

Code

Unique code to identify the campus.

Description

Description of the campus.

HeadOfCampus

Name of the staff member responsible for the campus.

CampusSort

Order the campus should appear in drop-down lists.

Note: Higher numbers are displayed lower down in drop-down lists.

DESTCampusNumber

Unique number identifying the campus for DEEWR exports.

RSBNumber

Registered School Board number. Used when exporting data.

CEOCode

Campus code as registered with the Catholic Education Office.

ExternalSystemType

User for mapping data to external systems.

ExternalSystemCode

Used for mapping data to external systems.

CRICOSProviderNumber

Registration number for the campus with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students.

CRICOSProviderName

Campus name as registered with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students.

MCEETYASchoolCode

School code used to identify your organisation in the DEEWR export. See Configuring SchoolCode for DEEWR export.

ActiveFlag

Whether the selected campus is active.

PrincipalName

Name of the campus principal.

ModifiedDate

Date the record was last modified.

ModifiedUser

Last user to modify the record.
