Add Staff Appraisal Details - Comments tab

Use the Comments tab to record comments for the staff member.

Tip 1: Use the Targets tab to record a list of bullet points and the Comments tab for an expanded explanation of the targets.

Tip 2: If you use the DocMan tab to store employee's job description and target documents, you can simply put a reference to this in the Comments tab.

1. Either:
   • Type information about targets into the text field.
   • Click to open the text editor.

     Note: You can add numbers or bullets, change the font, size, alignment or colour of the text or make it bold, italicised or underlined by using the Rich Text Editor.
     
     Type in and edit your text, then click File > Save and Exit to save the text to the tab.
