MailingFormat

Description

The MailingFormat configuration setting is used to configure how labels are printed for families when using a label report. Values are, for example:

Note: If recipients with two different surnames live at the same address they are both sent a communication.

Default value

The default value is 1. Labels are grouped and printed with the format The Smith Family.

Note: Community members marked Primary Only are sent a separate communication regardless of the configuration setting.

Setting a new value

Update the Value field in Configuration File Maintenance with the integer for the new label format. See Maintaining configuration files.
