Maintaining cycles

Use Cycle Maintenance to maintain reporting period (term or semester) cycles for

academic classes
co-curricular programs such as summer sports. See Maintaining co-curricular programs.

Note: You need to have permissions to the STU:StudentFileSemesterCycleMaint security resources to view Cycle Maintenance. See the Group/User Security Maintenance - Groups View in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
