Description

The MaximumSlots configuration setting restricts the number of interviews that parents can schedule for a student in one parent teacher interview session. For example, if a student is enrolled in 12 classes, you can allow parents to book a maximum of 8 interviews for the cycle.

Default value

The default value is 0. This means there is no maximum number of interviews set.

Setting a different value

Type the number of interviews allowed into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window.

Configuration File Maintenance - MaximumSlots setting (Value cutdown)

Note: You can set different values for each campus in your organisation by making a copy of this configuration setting and setting Key 4 as the campus code. For example, SEN. The value entered will then apply only to the campus in Key 4.
