luFormItems lookup table

Description

The luFormItems lookup table is used to maintain form items displayed in online forms such as the My Details page of the Community Portal.

Application name. For example, Portal.

Form

Form name. For example, MyDetails.

Page

Page name. For example, Personal.

My Details form (Page highlighted)

Section

Section name. For example, Name.

My Details form (Section highlighted)

Field

Field name. For example, GivenName1.

ReadOnlyFlag

Whether the selected page, section or field is read-only.

HideFlag

Whether the selected page, section or field is hidden.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
