Creating approval process activities

To create an approval process activity:

  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.

  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions.
  3. Click the Approvals Process bar.

    The Approvals Process bar is displayed.

  4. Click New (green plus) button (synweb).

    The Add Approvals Process window is displayed.

  5. Select an Approval Activity Type. See luEventApprovalActivity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
  6. Type a Comment about the approval activity.
  7. Click Submit button.
