Use the Web tab to define the parameters for events that you want to display on the Community Portal. You can select:

Publish Date From |
Date the event information is published on your organisation's website. |
Publish Date To |
Date the event information is removed from your organisation's website. |
Return Email |
Email address for queries. |
Payment Option |
Payment option for the event. For example, Fundraising Gala/Adult Ticket. Note: To define Level 2 and Level 3 entries for this field see Online Payments Maintenance - Levels tab in the Finance manual. |
Merchant ID |
Merchant identifier for financial transactions. Note: This field is automatically populated when a Payment option is selected. |
External Reference |
A free form external reference number for the event. |

A free form comment. |
