Editing accommodation bookings

You can edit a student's accommodation booking. For example, the:

• start and finish dates may have changed
• status may have changed.

To edit the details of a student's accommodation booking:

1. Open the Accommodation sub-tab. See Future Student Maintenance - Accommodation tab - Accommodation sub-tab.

   The Accommodation sub-tab of the Accommodation tab of the Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

   

2. Select the Include Past Bookings field, if required.
3. Select the booking.

   Tip: Double click on the selected record to open it.
   

4. Click .

   The Object Booking window is displayed.

   

   Note: Select the Process Overdue Charge Flag to add charges for overdue loans or Process Overdue Reversal Flag to reverse any incorrectly charged fees.

   Note: The labels for Semester can be Term, Report No or Half-Term based on your setup. See Student File Semester Maintenance - File Semester tab in the Curriculum manual.

5. Edit the booking details.
6. Click .

   The accommodation booking details are saved.
