Use the Maintenance tab to maintain pay rates for pay codes and employees.

Select all pay codes in the grid. |

Unselect all pay codes in the grid. |

Invert the grid selection, selecting the unselected pay codes and vice versa. |

Remove changes to the selected pay codes. |

Close the Payroll Pay Rate Maintenance window. |

Show Filters |
Select to display the filter area. Note: Filtering is disabled when the filters are not shown. |

Select none of the filters. Note: When no filters are selected, the grids will act as if all filters are selected. |

Select to display the Current Rate and New Rate columns in the Pay Code Definitions grid and edit the selected pay code Rate. |

Select to display the Current Factor and New Factor columns in the Pay Code Definitions grid and edit the selected pay code Factor. |

Select to display the Current Amount and New Amount columns in the Pay Code Definitions grid and edit the selected pay code Amount. |
Show All Columns |
Select to display all columns in the Pay Codes Definitions grid instead of just the target field. That is, show the Rate, Factor and Amount columns together. |
Update to area fields

Default Effective Date |
The date from which the selected pay rate changes will be effective. Note: This is the date from which the new pay rate will be calculated when processed. New pay rates are not finalised until you have processed the pay for the period including the Effective Date. |
% Change |
Type in a percentage change for the selected pay code Rate, Factor or Amount. For example, to increase by ten percent, type 10. Note: To decrease pay rates by a percentage, use a minus sign before the percentage amount. |
New Value |
Type in a new value for the selected pay code Rate, Factor or Amount. Note: Whether you are changing the Rate, Factor or Amount depends on which Target Field you have selected. |
