Login Name

Login name of the user.

Name

Name of the user.

Default Business Unit

Determines whether the business unit is the default business unit for the selected user.

The default business unit is the business unit displayed by default when the selected user enters either:

• Item Maintenance
• Sales Entry
• Purchase Order Requisitions. See Purchase Orders Requisitions in the SynWeb Purchase Orders manual.

Authoriser Level

Select an option from the drop-down list to determine the authoriser level of the user.

Note: You can maintain authoriser levels using the Authorisation Level sub-sub-tab of the Purchase Orders sub-tab. See Synergetic Financial Configuration - Business Units - Purchase Orders sub-tab - Authorisation Levels sub-sub-tab.

Add a user to the list of users authorised to view the currently selected business unit.

Delete the selected user from the list of users authorised to view the currently selected business unit.

Add a user to the list of users authorised to view all business units.

Delete the selected user from the list of users authorised to view all business units.
