Timetable Maintenance - Year Levels tab

Use the Year Levels tab to maintain year levels in the timetable, including:

Field

Description

Campus

Campus that this timetable applies to.

Code

Code for the year level.

Year Level Sort

Year level place in reports and database queries.

Note: This field defaults to 0. You can change this field and use it to put your year levels in order. For example, you can sort by year level in Crystal Reports and database queries.

Description

Description of the year level.

Year Level Coordinator

Coordinator for the year level.

Next Year Campus Male

If the student is a male, the campus they will attend next year.

Next Year Level Male

If the student is a male, the year level they will be in next year.

Next Year Campus Female

If the student is a female, the campus they will attend next year.

Next Year Level Female

If the student is a female, the year level they will be in next year.

Timetable Group

Group the timetable belongs to.

Use timetable grouping to maintain more than one timetable in your organisation. For example, your junior and senior school might have different timetables.

Clear Form Flag

Clear House Flag

Clear Tutor Flag

Default settings that are applied when you import your timetable for a new year.

For example, you would typically clear the student's form level and tutor as they change from year to year but keep their house.

Years Until Graduation

Number of years until the student graduates from your organisation.

Buttons

Button

Description

Move to first record button

Go to the first record.

Move backwards 10 records button

Go back 10 records.

< button

Go to the previous record.

Move to next record button

Go to the next record.

Move forward 10 records button

Go forward 10 records.

Move to last record button

Go to the last record.

Insert new record button

Insert a new record before the highlighted record.

Delete current record button

Delete the current record.

Post changes of current record button

Save any changes you have made to the current record into the database. Changes are automatically saved when you move to another record.

Cancel changes made to current record button

Discard any changes you have made on the current record.

Copy schedule button (Timetable config)

Apply selected schedule details to a new timetable config.
