PTI Cycle Code

Code for the parent teacher interview cycle. A cycle is simply a set of sessions that are usually related. For example, you might choose Year 8/9 parent teacher interviews as a cycle.

Note: It is recommended that a standard be established for the PTI Cycle Code and Description fields.

Description

Session Date

Date that the session is to be held.

Active Cycle

Synergetic allows you to maintain information about all the parent teacher interviews that you have conducted.

The Active Cycle field, in conjunction with the Active Cycle flag on the Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance - General tab, allows you to select a single current (active) cycle.
