Description

The NoEmailMessage configuration setting defines the message displayed above the email update form. The email update form is displayed if a user without an email address in your organisation's database attempts to send an email from the Community Portal.

Configuration File Maintenance - NoEmailMessage (online cutdown, portal)

Default value

The default value is You currently do not have a valid email address defined within the database, which you require in order to send emails to staff.<br>Please use the form below to advise administration staff your email address.

Setting a different value

Type the message into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window.

Note: The text must conform to HTML standards so that it is displayed without error.
