Replaceable Field

Description

{ColumnName}

Text field with a description of the contact information changed. For example, DefaultMobilePhone.

{NewValue}

Text field with the new contact information.

{OldValue}

Text field with the old contact information.

{ChangedIndicator}

Displays (Changed) if the contact information has been updated. The text displayed can be customised. See:

• SchoolAdmin:ChangedIndicator configuration setting
• StudentContact:ChangedIndicator configuration setting.

{SelectedUserName}

Text field with the user's network login.

{SelectedID}

Text field with the user's Synergetic ID.

{ChangedValues}

Text field listing the changed values.

{UnchangedValues}

Text field listing the unchanged values.

{AllValues}

Text field listing all values.
