Validate Online

Select to enable online address validation using the Quick Address System (QAS).

Search Address

Search for the community member’s address online using the Quick Address System (QAS).

To search for an address:

1. Select the Validate Online checkbox.
2. Select the country using the Country drop-down list.
3. Type the address into the Search Address field.

   The list of matching addresses is displayed.

4. Select the address you would like to add.

   Tip: You can narrow search results by typing more details of the address.

Country

Select a country from this drop-down list to filter the addresses displayed in the Search Address field.

Field

Description

Name

Name of the doctor.

Phone

Phone number for the doctor.

Phone Alternative

Alternative phone number for the doctor.

Address

Address for the doctor.

Specialisation

Doctor's area of specialisation.

Open the edit window to change your details.

Note: You can only edit your details if SynWeb is configured to permit editing. See Configuring the Staff Kiosk - My Details window in the System maintenance manual.

Save any changes to your details.

Note: This button is only displayed on the Edit window.

Leave the edit window without saving changes to your details.
