Marking co-curricular attendance

To enter co-curricular attendance:

1. Login to SynWeb.
2. Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

   Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.
   

   The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.

   

3. Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
4. Click the Schedule bar.

   Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

   The Schedule bar is displayed.

   

5. Select the program relating to the scheduled event in the co-curricular selector.

   

   The Schedule bar is redisplayed.

6. Select the scheduled event.

   

7. Click .

   The Mark Attendance window is displayed.

   

   Note: Select Show Alerts to display any student medical or restricted activity alerts. Click the alert icon, for example a medical alert , to launch the selected record in Student Maintenance.
   

   Tip: You can also select Show Photos to display photos of the students.

8. Select in the Attended field next to an absent student.

   Note: When the Attended field is left blank students are treated as present, if set at your organisation.

9. Click .

   The Mark Attendance window is updated.

   

10. Either click:
    • to finish marking attendance
    • to make changes before finalising attendance
    • to cancel marking attendance.
