Adding staff relations

To add a new relation in Staff Maintenance:

  1. Open the Relations bar of the Staff Maintenance window. See Staff Maintenance - Relations bar.

    The Relations bar of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.

  2. Click New (green plus) button (synweb).

    The Create New Relation - Name window is displayed.

  3. Enter information about the person.
  4. Select Non Community Relation, if the relation is not a member of the community.
  5. Click Next button (synweb).

Note: The windows depend on your selection of the type of community member on the first window. See Community creation windows in the Community manual if you need more information about what to enter when you are creating a new community member.

Tip: You can navigate Previous button (black, synweb) and Next button (synweb) if required.

  1. Select the relationship in the Select Relationship window.

  2. Click Finish button.

    The staff member's relation is added.
