You can change the size of a label in Crystal Reports in two different ways. You can either alter the:
Tip: Make a copy of the report and save it into the Synergetic > Reports > Site folder with a different name before changing the dimensions unless you want to permanently override the dimensions of the standard report. See Creating new Crystal Reports for information about setting up a new report from the copy.
Changing the size of each label
To change the size of each label, including the gaps between each label:
You can change the size of each label and the gap between each label.
Note: You can also change the direction of printing each label. That is, down then across or across then down.
Changing the margins of all labels
To change the outside margins around all of the labels on a page:
Note: This is the method for changing page margins on a normal report.

Synergetic's Standard 2*8 label dimensions and dimensions for an alternative 3*10 label are as follows:
