Deleting a linked accommodation record

To delete a contact's accommodation record and any accompanying bookings:

1. Open the Contacts sub-tab of the Accommodation tab of Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Accommodation tab - Contacts sub-tab.

   The Contacts sub-tab of the Accommodation tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

   

2. Select the booking.

   Tip: Double click on the selected record to open it.
   

3. Click .

   The General tab of the Object Maintenance window is displayed.

   

4. Click .

   The following dialog window is displayed.

   

5. Type delete.
6. Click .

   The contact's accommodation record is deleted, along with any bookings.
