Enrolment Deposits Maintenance - Student (or Contact) tab

The name of this tab depends on the value of the Student Based flag on the General tab. If Student Based is selected, then the tab name is Student, otherwise it is Contact.

Use the Student/Contact tab to view the details of the contact or student that the deposit is for.

You can search based on whether the student is a current student, future student or past student.

To open the Student (or Contact) tab:

Select Module > Debtors > Enrolment Deposits Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Enrolment Deposits Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the existing deposit. See Searching for enrolment deposits.
The General tab of the Enrolment Deposits Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Student (or Contact) tab.
The Student (or Contact) tab of the Enrolment Deposits Maintenance window is displayed.

Field	Description
ID	The Synergetic ID of the student.
Search Based On	Search for the student in: current students future students past students.
Name	The student's name.
Address	The student's address.
Phone AH	The student's after-hours phone number.
Mob	The student's mobile phone number.
Occupation Email	The student's email address.
Date of Birth	The student's date of birth.

future students
past students.

The student's after-hours phone number.

Mob

The student's mobile phone number.

Occupation Email

The student's email address.

The student's date of birth.

Note: The names of these fields change depending on the type of student. For example, a future student uses Entry Date instead of Enrol Date.
