School Settings Maintenance

Use the LOTE Codes tab to maintain information about different LOTE (Languages Other Than English) programs associated with your school.

Note: The grid values entered on this tab should correspond to information in the luLanguage lookup table. See luLanguage lookup table.

School Settings Maintenance - LOTE Codes tab key fields and buttons

Grid Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the LOTE used within your organisation. See luLanguage lookup table.
Description	Description of the LOTE program.
Ext System	Select the external system that the LOTE Code corresponds to. For example, CEO - Catholic Education Office.
Ext Code	Code for the LOTE used by the external system.
Program Type	Program type for the LOTE. Program Types are defined in the luLOTEProgramType lookup table.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Add a new line to the grid and enter information.
	Delete the selected entry from the grid.
