Adding new medications

To add a new medication:

1. Click .

   The Confirm window is displayed.

   

2. Click .

   The Medication field in the Details area is selected.

3. Select an option for each of the following fields:
   • Medication. See the luMedication lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
   • Medication When. See the luMedicationType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
   • Administration Type.
   • Expiry Date.
4. Type any details about the medication in the Medication Details field.
5. Type any details about the medication dosage in the Dosage Details field.
6. Click .
