Medical Maintenance - Allergy tab

Use the Allergy tab to maintain information about allergies suffered by students including the allergy:

To open the Allergy tab:

Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
- Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
- Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
- Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
- Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.

The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Allergy tab.
The Allergy sub-tab on the Allergy tab of Medical Maintenance window is displayed.

Field	Description
Active	Whether the allergy is currently active.
Medical Allergy	Type of allergy. See the luMedicalAllergyType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Severity	Severity of the allergy. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Description	Description of the allergy.
Treatment	Treatment of the allergy.
Modified By	Community member that last modified the selected allergy record.
Modified Date	Date the selected allergy record was last modified.
Allergy Seq	Unique identifying number for the allergy.
