Classes
Class codes are automatically generated during the Synergetic timetable import by combining the Year Group and Specialist Subject codes. See:
Tip: You can pre-populate classes in Class Maintenance, but you must ensure that each class code is in the format of Year Group prefixed to the Specialist Subject code. For example, 1A (Year Group) and MUSIC (Specialist Subject) creates the class code 1AMUSIC.
Number of periods and cycle days
Ensure the number of periods and cycle days on the Timetable Group tab in Synergetic match those defined in Primary Time. See:

Rooms
Rooms are optional.
If you are including rooms, ensure that the room codes in the luRoom lookup table in Synergetic match the room codes entered in Primary Time. See the luRoom lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
Tip: If the luRoom lookup table is not populated in Synergetic you can select the Allow insert of rooms in luRoom field when importing to populate the lookup table with Primary Time room codes. See Importing Primary Time timetables into the Synergetic timetable.
