Maintaining bookings by date

You can view and maintain bookings for specific dates using the Bookings Maintenance - By Date window.

The fields displayed and the options available depend on which view is selected:

The following fields and buttons are the same across all views.

Search Criteria area fields

Bookings Maintenance - By Date (Synweb, cut down, search criteria)

Field	Description
Object Type	Select the type of object you want to view.
Category	Select a category of object.
My Bookings	Select to view only your own bookings.
Show Location	Select to display the location of each objects underneath it.

Schedule area fields

The Schedule area lists the objects that are displayed in the Schedule grid.

Object	Select the object you want to view from the drop down list.

Search Criteria area buttons

Description

Display objects and bookings for the selected date, type and category.

Open the Object Search window to search for objects.

Schedule area buttons

	Go to the first object in the list.
	Go to the previous page of objects.
	Go to the previous object.

	Show more objects per page.
	Show fewer objects per page.
