Adding bookings by period

To create a new booking for a period:

1. Select Objects > Bookings Maintenance - By Period from the SynWeb main menu.

   The Bookings Maintenance - By Period window is displayed.

   

2. Select the Date for which you want to create an object booking.
3. Select the Object Type you want to book.
4. Select the Object Category, if applicable.
5. Clear the My Bookings field.
6. Click .

   The available objects are displayed.

   

7. Find an available object in the period you want to book.
8. Right click on the timeslot.

   The Schedule Menu is displayed.

   

9. Click .

   The Add Booking window is displayed.

   

10. If required, change the Start Time, End Time or Quantity required.
11. Add a Comment.
12. Click .

    The object booking is created.
