Description
The Template:PastoralCare configuration setting determines the email template for emailing non-confidential pastoral care items. It uses replaceable fields to incorporate the appropriate information.

List of the parties involved in the pastoral care item. |

List of email addresses this email has been sent to. |
PastoralCareCreatedByName |
Name of the community member who created the pastoral care item. |
PastoralCareDetails |
Public details of the pastoral care item. |
PastoralCareFollowUpDate |
Date the pastoral care item was followed up. |
ActionBlock |
The action details of the pastoral care item. The email template can be set using the PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. See PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. |
