Importing CEO student addresses

To import CEO student addresses:

1. Open the CEO tab of the Import/Export Student Data. See Import/Export Student Data - CEO tab.

   The CEO tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.

   

2. Select the Import mode.

   The CEO tab is redisplayed with the import fields.

   

3. Select the Student Addresses option.
4. Click .

   The Open window is displayed.

   

5. Navigate to the file and select it.
6. Click .

   The CEO tab is redisplayed with the file's details.

   

   Note: No other fields need updating on this window.

7. Click .

   The Import Addresses window is displayed.

   

8. Select the Accept field next to the entries you want to import.

   

9. Click .

   The following dialog window is displayed.

   

10. Click .

    The addresses of the students are updated for the selected records.
