Types of export file to create. Select either:

• School and School Board Information
• School Fees and Charges
• February Census
• Early Leaver Student
• Education Maintenance Allowance
• Student File 11
• Assessment Period 1
• Reading Recovery
• August Census
• Assessment Period 2
• Student Details
• Prospective Students.

Note: The School and School Board Information must be the first file produced.

Display the exported files after processing

Select to display the exported files after processing.

School Number

Catholic Education Office E number.

Year Level From / To

Range of year levels to export.

Process Date

Date the export was completed.

Directory

File location.

File type to import

Type of file to import. Select one of the following options:

Assessment Period 1

Import pre-test literacy data.

Assessment Period 2

Import post-test literacy data.

Reading Recovery

Import reading recovery data.

Student Addresses

Import student addresses.

See Importing CEO student addresses.

School Number

Catholic Education Office E number.

Year Level From / To

Range of year levels to import, if applicable.

Process Date

Date the import was completed.

File Name

Directory and file name of the file that contains the data to be loaded.

Progress

Display the progress as records are imported.

Select the file location.

Export the selected file, for the selected year levels and process date.

The export progress is shown on the Progress meter and the exported file is displayed if the Display the exported files after processing field was selected.

Note: Synergetic displays the following message if there is no data to export. You may not need to submit the file in this case.
