Description

The MonthCutOff setting is used to set the month that students are eligible to start at your organisation.

When creating enquiry or future students, this is used to recommend the:

enrolment year
year level.

For example, a student starting primary school who is born:

before 1st April can enrol in the current year
after 1st April needs to enrol next year.

Default value

The default value is 4. That is, April.

Setting a different value

Update the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.
